without a nap, I can't do anything well. How about you?

withou a nap after the lunch,I will feel so tired and sleepy that I can't do anything well.but sometimes,you know,because of the work,I even cant't have a nap during the day. Then,I just feel the whole day will be a complete waste of time.As I become impatient,gloomy,depressed even badtempered. Have you ever experienced this?can I share your opinions of handling this kind of situations?

I'm also a sleepy kind of person. That nap makes me regain my strength. But lately, I intentionally avoid having a nap especially after lunch or even in the afternoon. Although I know how important it is, because I am gaining too much weight. I can not afford to become bigger and heavier. I just wanted a medium size body. Enough for me to do my daily activities.

As a matter of fact, I just take naps when I'm ill. It's not that I don't like to, but I can't get to sleep in the afternoon. Maybe it's because I usually sleep eight hours during the night. But then, when I go out on Saturdays or Fridays I just sleep between three or five hours and feel more energetic that if I had slept the whole night. Anyway, if not taking a nap puts you in a bad mood, try drinking some energetic drink, tea or coffee. It helps a lot. and it helps you concentrate too.

I don't necessarily need a nap, but if I don't get a good night of sleep then I am lazy when it comes to everything else, and it is definitely more difficult for me to do anything well. That's why I always try to get to bed as early as possible.

Hello seared, I have no problem doing things well even if I didn't have a nap. I am used to it, not taking naps. Probably because I have a full sleep at night thats why when I wake up in the morning I am rested and refresh. I think you should have at least an 8 hour sleep at night so you would not feel sleepy the next day after you had your lunch. Or you can make it a habit to do regular exercises everyday, it'll help you sleep better at night too. :-)
