Can You open account with paypal without credit card or debit card

I am interested to open an account with www.paypal.com selecting country, india. I want to know, if we can open account with paypal, without a credit card. regards

yes u can open a account with paypal without credit card or debit card, but to raise ur credit limit u need to get ur paypal account verified, if u want to get ur paypal account verified kindly contact me for details nitin.naresh@playtxt.net

You can open an account but you cant access any money you accumulate in it untill you provide a credit card or bank account to connect to the account.

Yes, you still can open PayPal in india but not verified. If you want to verify it I have Virtual Credit Card for sale and you can verify it within minutes. PM me if you are interested.

Yes you can still join and open account in paypal even you have no credit card or debit card but you are not veryfied customer.
