If you could pick a name for yourself what would it be?

Hi everyone! This is just for fun =) I've heard my niece before complaining about her name because it is really short, she said why isn't she named Elizabeth because her classmates mostly have long names. Then I've realized it wasn't a bad idea to start a discussion on that matter, so here it is =)
If you could choose a name for yourself what would it be? For me I guess I will pick a name that could be both for a boy or for a girl. I just can't decide if I'll go with Alex or Jessie, I think Jessie suits me better.

I still may choose Cathy for my name, coz C is my capital of my family name,and i like Y to end my name when i sign it.It's very simple but i like my name.

It's funny how you want to be called Jessie and my name's Jessica, and I've been called Jessie all my life as a nickname and now I hate it! :) I think I would go with Jessie too though. Alex is a good equal gender name too. I like the name Gwen, and it's probably because I have a Gwen Stefani obsession. ha ha. I also have taken a liking for the name Josie lately, and I'm not really sure why because I don't know a Josie.

If I can only pick a name to be my name I would rather choose Francis Lawrence . I like it very much than my current name. But still I dont want to change my name even though I like that Francis Lawrence to be my name. Because I am proud because my mother is the one who give my name and I am proud of it.

I have a long name. ut I wanted a much longer ones. lol Perhas two names like Lhorain Maria or Marubed Maria. I just found it unique and Maria from the Mother of our God. My children have two names.

Well my name is composed of ten character, I have two first names though!;) I don't like it, especially during my school days. Everytime our teacher would give exams that deals with time limit, I would be the last one to finish it. So to avoid it, I just wirte my name right after I finished answering my paper!;)
If I choose my name, I guess I'd rather stick to my first, first name instead of having two separate first names.
