What annoys you about your workmates

I'm wondering what pet grievances you may have about your work mates. Most of the people I work with are really great. But still there are always differences between people you work with on a daily basis. What do you find the most annoying about your work mates?

well as you say there are always differences between the people around you in your working place. As for me.. in my office for instance.. they are many who cant adopt my idea..even i have a good one but that's really dont bother me much. The most annoying thing about my work mates.. is.. jealousy and laziness. When you work hard and you will get you rewards and they got jealous.. and when you ask them to do something they bit lazy to carry out the job.

Hi, thanks for your comment. I agree with you, its tough when you are working away and other people aren't as industrious. I find that as long as I am true to my own ideals and work hard it doesnt seem to matter so much that others are being lazy. If you have lots of great ideas you may be right, people are jealous of you, But don't let that get you down, just give it all you've got and someday it will pay off.
