Have you read Fast Food Nation?

I'm in the middle of this book right. Some stuff in it is downright shocking. Overall, the whole book is a plethora of information and really makes you thing about the food industry as a whole. have you read it? what did you think?

No I have never read it, but I'm glad you made this post. It sounds really interesting. I am trying to quit eating so much fast food, and I have a feeling if I read this book it might help me with this. Thanks again for this...I will look for it on Ebay!

yes...this book will DEFINITELY help with your goals with cutting down fast food. That at the movie, "Super Size Me"

I havent read it yet. I am returning books to the library today,I'll look for it while I'm there. I have heard that it was very interesting and will change your eating habits forever.

I have not read it but nothing would suprise me abot the food world i have worked in food for awhile and how they do it would really shock ya
