This is my personal experience. I once used BuyRefs.com to purchase referrals and sure enough they gave me more than I requested. I had 75 referrals when I actually purchase only 25. Only thing is that the whole thing was a scam. Not one of the referrals are real. So this is my story. Do you still want to buy referrals?

I have spent a good amount of money in the past for referrals and never made my money back. If the site does give legitimate referrals, then there is still no guarantee that they would be actively doing what you expect them to do. Those names and email addresses usually come from business opportunity sites that sell leads and they are often sold to multiple buyers. Then there are scammers who just create thousands of email accounts under false names, then sell them as leads.

When buying referrals, I would be concern with two things: 1. Would the site be giving me genuine referrals? 2. Even if the referrals are genuine, would they be active?

My friend had to buy banners and things like that for inbox dollars and she has gotten a lot of referrals. She also has a blog.
