I auditioned for deal or no deal back in May and I am really hoping they give me a call back. They say it can take up to a year for a call back. I wouldn't be greedy, as long as I make a little money...lets say $100,000 i think I would stop. People get real greedy trying to make big money and I just want enough to pay my bills and invest. If you got on the show, would you be greedy? What would be your stopping point?

Wow, good luck, i hope they call you back. Make sure you post about it so we can all watch the show. I could never go on a show like that. I'd be so nervous I'd probably throw up all over poor howie. I think a lot of people probably go on the show saying they will stop and then they get on there and the crowd cheers them on and they keep going. I would imagine the excitement gets you carried away and you want to keep going. Keep in mind $100,000 won't be that much after taxes. You'd probably only get about half of that.

Yea, you're right about the taxes. I am really crossing my fingers that I get called. I stood in line from 3am to 1pm in San Antonio Rain..but I met some nice people and hopefully I get the chance to make some money. If a made a million I would probably pass out. I'll keep you guys posted though. Its crazy for me, because evertime I see an odd number on the caller id, I think its them, well atleast I was like that for the first week or so.

I say who cares about Taxes.... If you made $100,000 and only received $50,000, so what! Think about what you can do with $50,000. And, where in the world are you going to make that kind of money in 1 hour unless you're a high paid model.......even if it was $20,000. Does your job pay you that? Take the money and run! I say Go for it!!! Have fun and I really hope you get the chance to do this, I would just plain love to see someone I know (even though its from this site, ha ha) win a nice big chunk of money. I wish you all the luck in the world!

If I got close to $100,000 I would most definitely stop. I am not the greedy type so that would be enough for me as it would pay off my bigger debts and be less stressed with finances. I am amazed how greedy people get on that show and when they lose out on big money, that is their fault for being too greedy. If I only had big numbers left on the board, I would be more willing to go further. Hope that you get that call back.
