there is a verse in the bible that reassures us about our anxieties. are you aware of this? if not, here it is. it is found in philippians 4:6-7. God bless you! Php 4:6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Php 4:7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Wow thank you for sharing those verse's from the bible. I was unaware of them. I do tend to get anxious about things. Like right now we are in the process of getting a pool put in. We are in the beginning stages and are waiting on the permitting so they can start digging. I am so anxious about getting the pool done. It seems like it is taking forever. So I will definitly have to work on not getting so anixous and just being patient.

no problem speedy. yeah, there are so many things in life that make us anxious. and those that have low threshold for anxiety have severe attacks. but the bible tells us otherwise. God also tells us to give our worries to the Lord as Jesus said that not one of us will add another yaer to our life just by worrying. bless you! :-)

Thanks for posting those. It is funny, I have been having problems with anxiety my whole life. I have been medicated for it, and since my husband has been in Iraq, I have been dealing with it even more often. These verses will certainly help me as I go along. Thanks so much!
