is melodies a neccessity for growing ones?

i want to ask only that whether growing ones should be melodious or not. according to my opinion it is very neesary for them to be a part of melodies without affecting their life.Because melodies is an important factor which can control high tension,over excitations etc..which will leads the growing ones to a perfect man i want your responses about this.
