if your asking after time skip of 2.5 years then Yes,
i might be more stronger then time skip sasuke also he has already showed up few poerful jutsus such as odama rasengan and that four tailed kyuubi's Black rasengan(which nearly killed jiraiya during training+ also nearly killed orochimaru during his fight with him in grass village) also he has learned how to end genjutsu and i dont think its an end to it he might have got many others in his jutsu collection ^^.

Let me be the first to respond! It all depends where you are at in the anime. If you are still at the part where he is with Jiraiya then no he has not learned much of anything yet. If you are past that then yes he learned a Toad move, he learned rasengan, then there are alot of filler episodes. So yea naruto gets some really good moves in the end. You just have to wait.

If you're watching the English version, then he knows the Summoning Jutsu, and the Rasengan
If you're watching the Japanese (up to date) version, which is into shippuuden series, he has evolved his Rasengan into something more powerful. And takes it further with his training Kakashi to even strengthened his Rasengan and add an element into it to personalize so it is his own. Remember, the Jutsu was created by the 4th Hokage, but never finished. It was naruto's job to finish the Jutsu and surpass what the 4th was able to accomplish.

i know the Rasengan jutsu, he sorta improve it to become orochi rasengan, it's still an old jutsu, but it's worth to wait for....
i can't wait for the fourth jutsu, that naruto will surpass it....

i believe that naruto was able to learn rasangan really fast, most likely because yodaime is his father(dont know, still tryin to figure that out). so ya, not for sure tho, but in the shippuuden he takes rasangan to a whole new step, and learns wayyyyy more! ull see.
