Hi Tines2512, if you go to a webmaster forum you will have much more help than you will be able to get on a forum like MyLot. It's just like trying to buy a hard drive for your computer at a supermarket :) Start with it by visiting and subscribing to Digital Point (the biggest and the best webmaster forum online) at http://forums.digitalpoint.com/ You are not saying what type of a site you would like to create either. The easiest thing for you would be to go and make a free account on blogger.com where you can have a blog running in 15 minutes from now. If you need a static web site it will be more work and you need knowledge in at least HTML. Or you could buy a cheap site for $20 to $30 again on Digital Point. Hope this info will help you ;) TheFortunes

There are many ways that you can create web pages. You could get a free html visual editor and almost start to build web sites immediately. The downside to this, is that you're confined to what the software can do. You can't do complicated stuff with some of the free software out there. If you plan on building a something other than a simple informative web page, then you almost have to learn to code in html and css. You can go to http://www.dohtml.blogspot.com for more information on html and css coding.

well to teach web design and that also through css is a bit hard. but what i can tell you is that css are ruels which are used in html pages to control the styling of th epage and because you use css it gives you a lot of flexibility like you can change the background color of all pages of your website to black in one shot. and then you can change the padding of all table to say 5 pixels and many other thingsd like that and this saves a lot of time. and divs and layers are totally on css. hunt for tutorial and refer w3c
