what do you eat for breakfast?

having breakfast benefits your health.it's said that we should eat breakfast well and a full lunch.as for supper,the less the better.so we must eat nourishing breakfast on time or we will suffer from hypoglycemia and feel faint.then what do you usually eaty in the morning?

Hello, in my breakfast, I usually eat breads at least three to four pieces with cream cheese fillings. Sometimes, I used to eat rice in the morning. Of course, my breakfast will be incomplete without drinking a cup of hot chocolate or tea. That’s it. Have a nice day and God speed!

well i genearlly don't eat breakfast, because i wake up and have to get to class or work, so i usually just have lunch and dinner in one day

hi resuable,i am worried to hear that you seldom eat breakfast,only lunch and supper.it is bad for your health.although your time is very limited,you still need to spare time to eat breakfast.i never eat breakfast not long after i began to work ten years ago.but one year later i found myself faint always in the morning.later i was told that i was diagnosed with hypoglycemia result from not eating breakfast.after that i often got up a little earlier to make sure that i have enough time to have breakfast.and now i am health.after all health is above wealth.wealth is nothing without health. as long as we look after our body,we can work well.do you think so,what is your opinion?

well i do agree that breakfast something that should be done, but sometimes its just hard to get up early enough for me to get it lol. usually ill only get up in time because of a late night. however, if i don have time to, then yes i definitely will get breakfast, but thats not too often. and i see point for wealth above health, thats always been a good one to go by.

i do not eat breakfast because i always wake up late in the morning,if i feel hungry i would buy some bread and milk.of course i know eating breakfast is benefic to my health.but i think the lunch will be come soon,i give it up.

I was listening all my life from my mum, how breakfast are important for us and I should start my day with them.I think she was right it brings you energy for whole day.My breafast meal depend on the day.In the weekend I would have somehing more heavier like bacon, eggs or pancake.And thorught the week I would eat just cereals with milk or some fruits to not make my stomach too full.Also my favourite drink is tea or juice.With something sweet like toast and jelly I would drink milk.

I eat rice, hotdogs & eggs. Sometimes I eat pandesal and a toasted bread with butter sprinkled with sugar. I drink buko (coconut) juice without sugar and lots of H20. After eating breakfast, I will take my vitamins.

haha.. i dun have a habit of eating breakfast because by time i wake up each time, it's just nice for me to prepare myself and leave home.. Instead, i will have brunch, which is a combination of breakfast+lunch at 12-1 in the noon ;)

I only eat peanut butter with bread and juice or cereal with milk. Yeah they said we should eat more on breakfast than those other meal times. But im on a diet right now so im not eating those heavy meals anymore. But ofcourse i stil eat rice a little and control my eat so i can maintain my figure. Its really hard when u start getting big and bigger you cannot lose weight just like you want to. So thats it. Just peanut butter and cereal im good with it and i dont feel any faint at all.
