the indian players did well but they lack consistancy the won agnst the aussies courtesy a spirited performance they will have to show it more often to get recognition as world champions

For the very first time, I saw a "Team" called India out on the field; seeing the players play well until the last ball, I could see the "need" for the Cup visible in the eyes of each of them. This was a Cup where all departments of Indian cricket did very well; I guess every team in the World acknowledged this. Dhoni's cataincy was certainly good; it needed guts and a lot of plain faith to turn the bowl to one of the brand new faces called "Joginder" and kudos to him for pulling it through. I wish to see Team India hold aloft the World Cup (the normal ODI format) too.
