If you do business on net, you are bound to receive more than a 100 emails a day? How do you handle that? Do you read all 100 mails a day? For those who receive spams? I presume if you receive spams mails, you recive also a lot of emails daily? what do you do?

I have a little trick. I belong to a traffic exchange site. I just reply to the junk mail I get with my referral link to the traffic exchange site. You never know they just might sign up there

I find that the "report spam" feature in gmail helps. After I classified something as sapm, gmail would keep track and any mail coming from that source will automatically be sent to the spam folder. Some spam will still get through but at least it has been filtered.

I use to read them per page get the most important opened, move the less important but needed to get read to a folder and delete therest. You have to check your mails everyday because if not expect a thousand mails and miss some important ones. It hapends to me all the time and cleaning up takes a day sometimes. lol

Well I can't keep my eyes on my email account 24/7 and count how many emails I get, but compared to other people, I got my email ever since high school, and right now, I got about 60,000 emails in my inbox. That's why I go to college to check, save and delete my emails. My inbox is already stuffed, and even without the meter they've removed earlier this year, i'm trying my best to check, save and delete my emails before it becomes a serious problem.

I read all the important one's first, and then I read on from there. The spams I usually delete them, because they are mostly garbage !

If checking mails will be my only job then i'd go over all of it. but since it's not, i usually just read the subject lines first, select what i think is important, then move the other mails to a different folder where i can check them in my freetime. ;-)

I get well over a hundred daily, and it's a real pain, since the vast majority are spam (mostly objectionable spam at that). I'd love to hear how others handle it, too! One suggestion that might help, though is to set up a free account for responding to these sorts of offers, then transfer your email when you see if it's really right for you.

It's hard to handle but you have to read especially to those who do business.

When I sell things online, I get anywhere between 100-500 emails a day. It's hard getting back to everyone right away, but I take a few, maybe 20, respond, and then go off and walk around for 10-15 minutes, come back and do the same thing. Just so I don't feel overwhelmed.
