I will be Away for 7 Days!

I am going away for 7 days on vacation. As I don't have the internet where I am going, I won't be here on My Lot the whole time. So I will miss all you lovely people.
We are going to Victor Harbor. This is a seaside resort about one hour south of Adelaide. We are staying in a nice cabin at a caravan park. My husband will go fishing. I will read & laze around. I guess I will walk a bit too.
I have a great photo of the surf at Victor Harbor which I hope to include with this picture. I will tell you all about my holiday when I return in 7 days.

Hi Jenny, and wish you a splendid week ahead my friend :) Where would your pets be while you're gone? Willbe waiting to hear how it all was, and see some photos of the great place too :)

My cats go the vets private cattery, so they will be well looked after. My dogs, birds & goldfish stay home & my Father comes every day to feed them.

Great you have everything covered for your pets :) This is always an issue for when we go away for a long time. To place 6 cats for 2 or 3 weeks in an animal hotel will cost as much as our holiday costs... here in The Netherlands the price ranges between $1200 and $1600 for 3 weeks = 6 cats, so we always have friends coming here, and giving them food twice a day, fresh water for cats and the flowers, but it is not easy really. My parents are not here, and Willem's parents have past away long ago. Have a great time and enjoy yourself fully :)

That's great you're going on vacation. It sounds wonderful. That's the kind of vacation I like, in a beatuful place near water where you have time to read and relax. Can't get much better than that.
I hope you take a lot of pictures on your vacation so you can post some here. Have a wonderful time.

How wonderful for you to be able to get away for a nice vacation. The ocean is so great. It is my favorite vacation destination. We have only been able to manage a day trip this year. You enjoy yourself and take lots of pictures to share with your friends. Bring sunblock too! Big huggers to you.

When I read your discussion I just wanted to wish you a happy holiday, a Bon Voyage if you like, but then I noticed that you are going to Victor Harbour, which I had never heard about and you say it is one hour south of Adelaide, so are you talking about Australia then? Oh wow! I used to live there many years ago and I am homesick for the country Downunder, going to the beach and eating seafood! I lived in Brisbane most of the time, with a year in Hobart and another in Canberra. I never did go to Adelaide, although I hear it is a great place to live!

A very nice pic that you have posted there and I hope your holiday goes well and you benifit from the well earned rest. A great opportunity for you to take loads of pictures and add them here to mylot members to see how nice your holiday was.
You can also collect a lot of info from there which will give you a lot of content for your discussions.

What a beautiful color the ocean is, I am used to the Atlantic and it is nearly always gray. Have a great time and come back safe and sound.

i will miss you, jennybianca.
you know there are fewer and fewer active members here. so i hope you can be come back as soon as possible. but i hope you can enjoy your life without internet.
now i spend over 10 hours online, then i feel i will have a headache and backache if i spend over 2 hours online, then i must have a rest. so it is good for you to have a vacation on other place without internet.

Wish you have a good vocation! In the next week: The Chinese national day, i'll stay at home, enjoy my 7 days,and i can get up at 9:00am everyday. Oh,my God, i can image my happiness. So fantanstic!
