If both of you are rushing, then CIVIL wedding will do. This could be realistic also if you don't have enough money yet abd are still saving for the great wedding day. But if you have all the resources then CHURCH wedding of course. =)

I think a Church Wedding. I have been married twice and both times it was a big church wedding. Its just a thing having the white dress and walking down the Ile with your dad. But if you are in love than nothing is better then saying I do with a big wedding or the Justace of the Peace.

i dont want a church wedding but i want a wedding that's officiated by a priest..not exactly a church wedding..maybe a beach or a garden wedding with a priest presiding..civil wedding is ok too..but if you've got a tight budget...it doesnt really matter as long as the two of you consider yourselves only for each other for the rest of your lives, then any wedding will do...

i believe that a wedding should be a two way decision of both parties, every woman would love to have a grand church wedding but they should also the opinion of their fiance if they can afford to have such. if not then a simple church wedding would be fine or if the budget is really tight then a civil wedding would do for the mean time.

I think it doesn't matter where you are wed. What matters is what happens after the wedding. Once wed, couple must decide to stay together and make the commitment to share the load of a married life. blessings will be abundant if there is love and harmony in the home.

Well technically over here, we have to do both :) The civil wedding is mostly done a few months before the religious wedding. There is a time frame within which we can have the church wedding. Its a rather different concept, but considering we have so many religions here and the state recognises no particular religion I dont find it funny at all. The civil wedding being done mostly so as to register the wedding legally according to the laws of the state and the religious wedding later on confirming to the religious beliefs of the individuals concerned. Anyways, a church wedding is what every bride dreams of and I hear alot of girls have actually decided what gown they are going to wear years and years before they actually get married, and as for me,being bought up in a Catholic family I would have to go along with a church wedding, not that I wouldn't love it !

Im getting married in 27 days and definitely prefer the Church wedding where me and my fiance will stand up before God and his church and vow to love and be faithful to one another for the rest of our lives. It has more meaning that a civil wedding where there is hardly any ceremony or belief involved.

hello minetski!! It has always been my dream to have a church wedding, i guess that's in every woman's dream, you know walking down the isle, choir singing our song, and the vow that would bind us to be one... i want it simple and to celebrate with us are our very close relatives and loved ones and friends... actually we're planning to have it next year.

I still prefer a church wedding walking down a very long aisle wearing a white princess like gown with a long train and veil covering me. That's so wonderful and very tense moment. Though we also held a civil wedding prior to our church wedding which was held early this year due to family matters and also to fasten the process of our church wedding.

I and my hubby got married in civil. It was our first choice. Rather than living in. But we do have plans of getting married at church. We do believe that it is more holy and binding if we have the blessings of God. We are just waiting for the right time and saving enough to save for our expenses.
