Who do you think should replace Owen and Heskey for England?

Who should replace the injured Michael Owen and Emile Heskey for the next England games? I'd go for Jermaine Defoe to replace Owen and Dean Ashton to replace Heskey. Whats your opinion?

Yeah, Dean Ashton is ready. I won't play Defoe for ninety minutes though. Crouch would suit me. He is hungry - he needs matches.

Crouch is a good player with a great goal scoring record. Think he would be too similar to Ashton though if they played together. For me it would have to be one or the other. Defoe would add some pace and is the same type of player as Owen.

Michael Owen is very good,but he is often injured !

I think owen and heskey good for motivator in england team.but if england team can take beckham is very good
