Do you eat venison?

My in-laws hunt and they give us venison every year. Do you like to eat venison? How do you prepare it?

I'm salivating now, I love venison. I've never prepared it, my uncle hunts and gives meat to my mom, but never me. If it's ground then my mom patties it into flat round sausages and panfries it for breakfast. The last batch of venison he gave us were linked sausage with spiced sage, so, so good.

The sausage sounds good, I've never had that. My in-laws cut the venison into steaks and ground some also. I will cook the steaks with carrots and potatoes, just like I do a roast. The ground venison I substitute for ground beef in recipes, tacos, chilli and spaghetti.

I like it. Actually I almost like eat all of delicacies. I think wild animal's meat are all delicious, such as wild boar and deer, but they are protected by law and rare now,in my country environment pollution and damages are very serious...
