What should a person do when their mate constantly down his or her family members? Their relationship is so perfect other than this. But mate is constantly acting like he or she is better than his or her mate and family. Any suggestions?

I have sort of the same problem with my husband. Only issue we really have is my kids and how he feels about them. WE have basically have agreed to disagree about it and dont talk about it. I do what i need to with my kids and leave him out of it. He doesnt say anyting to me about how i deal with it.
