I've seen them live once and am going again Oct 5th in Tampa, Fl. I think they are amazing live and I was curious on how other people felt about them.

I've seen 'em three times out here in California. Once at House of Blues in Anaheim, again at the Wiltern Theatre in L.A., and once again at the Hootenanny, a large two-day rockabilly/psychobilly festival every summer out here in Orange County. I gotta say, Tiger Army puts on an awesome live show. Every song is almost note-perfect, but with enough live flourishes here and there to make each one unique from it's recorded counterpart. Very good shows, all. Another rockabilly band that's great live is the Horrorpops. If you ever get a chance to see them live, I highly recommend taking the opportunity.

Yeah! I saw Horrorpops when they came with Reverend Horton Heat, they were great! Especially Kim Nekroman, I love that man =). Do you have a myspace by any chance?

Oh yeah, The Rev is awesome, too! They played at that Hootenanny festival about two or three years ago - another great live show. Jimbo rocks that standup bass :) And while I'll agree that Kim Nekroman is cool and all, I'll have to say that Patricia Day takes the show ;) Unconventionally beautiful, and a great voice, too. Did you know that Nekroman taught her to play standup bass, and she taught him to play guitar? I'm still scratching my head, though, over why Geoff Kresge left the bass in Tiger Army to play rhythm guitar in Horrorpops.

They don't come to canada often so I was going to drive down last weekend to seattle and see their show but I hurt my back and couldn't go... So bummed.
