SEGERIN or NATURAL PAINS????/

It's realy horrible for girls who pregnet to decide whether to go for operation or to opt natural pains.Past most of them went for natural pains but today most of them are going for operations.But still it's not helping them some are getting overweight and some went under dipression.Due to this they are not ready for next pregnency. what you think about it especially ladies who come across this situation.is it really horrible?
