which do you take. i usally take showers and rarley take baths. I heard somewhere that if you take to many baths and you are a woman its bad becuase you hoo hoo can get bactira and infected. Same with swimming all the time. Do you think this is true? I do like showers better unless i want to relax though

I only have baths occasionally. Only if I have quite a lot of free time, and if I'm bored. When I do have a bath I clean it first of course, the idea of cleaning yourself in dusty, possibly dirty water isn't particularly great. I also have a shower before having a bath, for the same reasons above. Showers are more convenient for me, since they are much much quicker.

People live in the hot country like me prefer to take cold shower bath all the time. I like shower as it’s much easier and more convenient for me. I just have to stand under the nozzle of the shower and let the water falling on my body. I then can clean all parts of my body with fresh water through out the course.

I do not know whether it is true or not. But I prefer to pour water with mug so that the right quantity of water goes to body parts. Shower during second bath in the evenings of summer.

Shower 4ever!! It's faster, it's more ecological (less water wasted), and I just hate the feeling of sitting and having my skin in contact with the ceramics of the bath... It's slimy, definitely a bad feeling... The last motivation is probably something personal, but the first two are a matter of fact for everybody...

I like taking long showers than baths. I had a terrible problem once when I took a bath at a hotel. That was scary. Since then I was cautious in taking baths outside my home. But the thing I like about baths is that it's very relaxing and I love it when I smell scented candles in the bathroom.

I like them both, but when I think about it, I haven't taken a bath in at least 9 years, which is the time we have been living in this flat! Mmmm, I tell you what, I am going to have a bath tomorrow, not in the evening, my usual time for showers, but during the day, as I am alone and could do with a bit of relaxation! I have some oil drops from Brazil that have a beautiful Amazonian smell and I am going to try them out for the occasion! Thanks for the idea!

I'm like you. I take showers everyday. On occasion I will take a bath if I'm really worn out or stressed. I do love sitting in the tub with a nice warm bubble bath, reading my book and listening to music! It is def. relaxing :) But that doesn't happen a lot because I am pretty busy. I don't know if that little tidbit is true or not. But I'd def. like to know! I love to swim! lol.

LOL me too I dont think it will if your not in there forever but maybe if your in forever. Lakes are dirty and I love swimming in them but its always on the back of my mind. When I was young we only had a bathtub and i did get stinky for awhile untill i started walking to my grandmas to take a shower. I dont know if it was the bath though

I perfer taking showers then baths because they take a quicker time to do then baths do. Like in the morning I dont have time to take a bath before I go to work so I have to take a shower. But I like taking baths more its much more relaxing then taking showers because you just lay there with bubbles surrounding you. If only I had more time then I would be taking baths more often.

No I don't take it daily while it cost so much water and also my time.I just don't have that much time to take bath every day.much better is for me shower.Anyway I love to take a bath in the winter , when outside is cold and I need to warm my body.I would put there some nice smelling foam and candles around and just enjoy it.It is probably best relax for me.Also I hear something similar about taking abth everyday. So I rather protect myself like rushing to the doctor later.

I dont know about taking a bath would hurt a woman. But I do know sometimes having bubbles will give you an infection. I do love my baths, I love to soak. But I take alot of showers because we dont have a bath tub. I dont think taking a bath will hurt.

I prefer taking showers over taking baths. I just love a long, hot shower with good water pressure. The only time that I enjoy sitting in a tub is when it's a hot tub and not a bathing tub.
