On average, the most important muscle, the heart, is strongest in women. Which means the strength of their stamina and endurance is stronger then men. Stamina and endurance are part of strength. Women live longer, on average so the stamina and endurance have wide reaching ramifications. New studies show that the heart of a seventy year old woman can work as well as a twenty year old man. Thats both power and performance in a beating heart. Research shows that women can develop their strength if they choose at the same rate as men, anything else is an old wives - or old husband's tale - the same tale that tells us men live shorter lives due to nagging - one its proven that its differences in the heart and two, maybe men shuold have the emotional strength to live a relationship that's unhealthy. The nice thing with women is they can gain strength without adding to bulk. Nice/. What is stronger in males is agression which can make them seem sronger when te use this added impetus against wmoen. This is due to the fact that they have more testorone. We are all individuals with our own individual strenths. I feel I have a strong inner reserve, and I strive for outer strength as well - but not bulk. We don't need bulk to be stronger as is proven in martial arts. We can as individuals have many strengths, strength of mind, strength of conviciton, moral strength - strong moral fiber. There is more then one way to win a battle besides physical strength. In fact as we evolve, I think the idea is to use our minds more - to strengthen this organ (the largest se$ organ by the way is the brain). To solve problems rationally rather then with strength to invent things like levers when we don't have the strength to move something. In some ways a mans mind has stronger aspects and in others - like connections, and the fact that women tend to use both hemispheres of the brain to solve problems while men use one. Stronger use of connections. It helps that our corpus collusum is larger! Some differences in the strength of certain areas of thinking was a part of the evolutionary process its speculated - like on average a man is better at maps and navigation and target skills as he was responsible for hunting at one time. Anyway rather then separating ourselves into opposing camps, we would endure much longer if we combined our strength and saw ourselves as individuals. A sports team isn't as strong as its strongest player but as strong as its ability to work as a team.

thats a bit of a toss up it also depense on the person and to reply to "have you ever seen a man give birth" what if we could who says we wouldnt cope with it better than women (plus we dont have the right "parts" to do that)

As we go on through the years, believing that male is stronger than man is still exist. That's why women empowerment is continuing and showing that woman has the right in every aspect like leadership or working. But because of old culture, beliefs and tradition. There are still country that this is not accepted and believing that men should still rule and women stay at home, not to work but care for their siblings as their husband will loose their pride. It says that women are more expressive and men should not cry or even show a little of their weaknesses. But now through scientific studies. It shows that this thing as hiding their true feelings make them more failure and violence as they cannot express their true feeling unlike women that very expressive and believe it, after crying or showing their true emotional states, it is easy to stand again and smile as we take off all the bad things from our heart as pain.Crying may "cleanse the mind" in a much more literal sense than even the catharsis theorists imagine.Crying is not grief; it is a way of getting over your grief. Trembling isn't the same as fear. Rather it is part of a letting go of fear. In the same manner, embarrassed laughter, yawning, and even rap[id, excited talking are parts of the healing process that get mistaken for symptoms of the problem. [b][/b]And this is why the number of successful woman are rising, i believe so because of believing that what a man can do, a woman can. man and woman are equal, if there are weak women, there are also men that is weak but as i say, they are not expressive and pretending they are strong.

I think this is very controversial question. One thing is for sure you can't reach to a conclusion because both men and women are interdependent. I mean they both depend on each other. If you really want an answer the only answer you can get is this - men are physically strong and women are emotionally.

I'm biased. I say female, we give birth and most of the time wind up taking care of the kids, house and most have jobs outside of the homes also.

You cannot generalise anything as to whether the males are stronger or females. I feel that on an average, males are stronger physically while women are stronger emotionally.

Hi, My father (Male) and my mother (Female) I love them both. Hence for me both are strong. Even though Male are psychically strong but may female are healthy. I hope there are different aspects that vary each and stronger that also differs individual to individual. Hence I hope both are strong in one way or other. Male is strong enough to give their part to female who is strong enough to give birth to next stronger generations.

hey there netty..humm..thats a hard question..i think physically men are usually more strong..unless u have the woman that works out..she may give him a run for his money lol lol!! i have a friend like that too lol..but emotionally..mentally..internally..i belive with all my heart woman are..we clean..cook..have children..take care of them..we are maids..therepists..cab drivers..coaches..idols to our children among many more things i could add..we have babies..then on our deet asap..when were sick we still work hard no rest for us..andsorry but men..they dont deal well with sickness lol..And i could keep goin but dont want to offend anyone..Soo ill leave it at that..have a good one! You know this is what is called an infinite loop. As you go on weighing one against the other you find the plusses & the minuses being endless & overwhelming. The final conclusion that one could draw is that both are equally strong at varying degrees in various areas. For example I don't think men can stand the pains of labor or bear with a menstrual cycle but women seem to do it effortlessly (not intending to say that it is painless to women or something) The point is that they both have their own areas of expertise. Something like a civil engineer & a software professional. Both are needed by the economy. Hope YOU know now :)

Each one has got distinct advatange of its gender, so each one is stronger in its own terms.
