The Democratic frontrunners for the 2008 presidental election are Clinton, a woman, and Obama, and African-American. If you were to vote, who would you vote for and why? Is it based on their policies, who they embody, or any other factor? Do you support neither - in that case, who do you think should win the Democratic ticket?

I'm definitely going to vote, although the nominee has usually already been decided before the Pa. primary comes along so it probably won't matter much. I haven't made my mind up for sure, there are actually eight Democratic candidates and all of them are pretty good in my opinion although the frontrunners certainly are Clinton and Obama with maybe two or three others with a rather slim chance. I base my votes on the candidates policies, their past votes if they're in the Senate or Congress or another office such as a governor, and I guess kind of my personal impressions of them when they're interviewed or speak in public and of course their performances in the debates. I hope we never have another President again that can be accused of not being "Smarter than a Fifth Grader"...lol! Annie
