Coffee, coffee, coffee!!!
Bad habit, totally addicted.
Sad but true - can not start my day without it. I'm trying to cut down, but average 5-10 cups a day.
Strong with milk - no sugar.

I drink coffee in the morning, to wake me up properly, and to get me going and keep me going. I also drink it through the day for the same reason. Starting about 4 in the afternoon, I switch to tea, to start to calm me down for the evening.
