ok i think this is not fair people! i am just so pissed of moneybookers and its service..sometime ago i posted that i withdraw my money from moneybookers to my bank account and it took me 5-6 business days to receive the money..now that is not a problem to me..what i don't like is that i withdraw $20 and should be receiving at least less than 1000 pesos..(if you convert it to our currency thats the amount) and i should be expecting that and guess what?! i just got 577 pesos on my account..now where the hell is the remaining money that i should be getting? does it mean i was charge again..see, moneybookers had charge me $2.50 for transfering the money and i think thats a lot..now all i get is just 577 pesos and thats less than $20..if thats what i'm getting in here i think i would just stop and just focuse on my work and try to get some sleep instead of wasting my time typing in here for just that cheap amount i'm getting..i'm so upset and i am just so pissed off.. anyone had experience this too?

Hi there, I have withdrawed my first payments from moneybookers two months back. I also felt I was cheated in a way, but I didn't complain since I know it's just the first time. It could they could be charging some fee for new members, other than those service charge and your own bank's deductions. I suggest you ask about moneybookers about this at first, as there's no good in badmouthing them. Besides, it's better to pass on good and reliable information. Try e-mailing them, or read some of their TO's and procedures in processing such transactions. Am very sorry of what you feel right now, this is the only possible help/advice I could give to you..

hi there! that made me scared becuase days from now, mylot would transfer my earnings to moneybookers then to my bank..and if it's true that they deducted that amount..it is huge for a fee. I just hope it is not that way.. Have you e-mailed moneybookers already? or have you inquired your local bank about it? Please keep me posted..thanks!

Next week, i'll receive my payment here also and it's more than $20 for my Sept Payment here and ill get that in my moneybookers account. I want to withdraw my money in my bank account coz if ill use PAYPAL, then i am not able to withdraw it. I don't want my money to get waste for nothing and get a few penny for it. What we gonna do now? OMG!

that really sucks. you have to report that to moneybookers! i have just withdrawn my money from moneybookers last week and i havent checked my bank account if i already received it. oh no, i pray to God nothing bad went wrong. that's really unfair. you worked hard for that money. we're working hard here! you should definitely report that to moneybookers. if that's really how they do it then that's too much! i'll ask some of our kababayans if they have experienced something like this.

yeah, i think both sides charge for their services. money was transfered to me, paid charges for tranfering and i had to pay for receiving which i couldn't understand but they just couldn't tell me any reasonable reason for the charges. bookers charge for processing and your bank charged for receiving and processing into your account. i've done banking in my university course and these are some of their profit making ventures. keep it cool.

one other thing is that the exchange rate in the forex and that of the bank are not the same, so if you work it out with the forex you might think you're cheated.

glad i'm using paypal. you should report this problem to moneybooker so you'll get answer to what happened to your money.you are right that is not fair because we work hard for every cent we earn here. i hope you'll be able to find out what happened so moneybookers can make it right for you.

Hey. I am using also MoneyBookers and I think it's everything fine. Yes, it's true that the money on your card is arriving a bit slowly, but that isn't a problem for me, important is that it's arriving ! :)

Sorry this happens. But you should be aware of the order of business transaction with moneybookers before you chose to transact business with them. they charge you for every withdrawal or money tranfer. You are not charged for receipt anyway. Maybe you best option will be Paypal. Here is a link for you https://www.paypal.com/nl/mrb/pal=HVHVG7KZ2VW26 You can copy it to your browser if the link does not work. Paypal does not charge you for withdrawal or sending money to anyone. Whatever you see in you Paypal account is what will be deposited in your bank account. the only clause is that yor bank acount must be confirmed and should always be in the exactly you use to register with paypal. Hope this helps.

It really is unfair.. and all the while, I thought it was just charging 1.8 euro or $2.53 USd or about P150-P200 Pesos per withdrawal to our bank account. They are really overcharging. I don't think you can be able to get the remaining money that you should be getting. :( Too bad. It serves as a lesson especially for us Filipinos who use Moneybookers. I just hope Paypal will already allow Filipinos to use it to send, receive and withdraw funds. Also with mylot.. I hope you'll be okay. Take care

You could join paypal and just get all the money you earn on here. You can put money from paypal into your bank account and visa versa. I haven't gotten a payment to my paypal yet (i'll get my 1st before the 15th) but I've heard a lot of good about it.

angel_of_charm my friend, if moneybookers charged you US$ 2.50, as transfer fee, I have to tell you the good news that we can now receive money via paypall if you have a BDO or Union ATM Visa Card here in the Philippines, at last! But now, the bad news-paypall charges US$5.00 for every transactions. He-he-he I think i'll just stay put with moneybookers.

Ohhh my... whooo it really sucks! If that may happen to me, I will surely stop mylot too. Gosh! How could moneybookers do that to us? Or was it just our banks' who charge our money transfer again? Naks, we work hard a lot here. This may not happen. Arrghhh.! I will tell my sis on this issue too. Tsk Tsk Tsk...

I just signed up from moneybookers because it is the only means I can get my pay here. I just joined this site around two weeks ago. So I haven't reach my minimum pay out yet. And I can not try for the meantime the services of moneybookers. But I am afraid the same thing might happen to me. I mean loosing big amount out of what I am expecting to have. I hope moneybookers will do necessary adjustments or else people will not avail their services anymore.

You make me sad of this because I'm in moneybookers like you and I'll reach the limit in few days, now after what you said I don't know what to do and ofcourse paypal is not working in my country. You must report this problem to my lot maybe they have a solution or another way for us. Thank you for telling us this and sorry for you.

oh wow, I agree with you, that really sucks. I have not yet withdrew anything from mylot and reading this stuff about moneybookers does not make me happy. Wow, moneybookers sounds like they take an exhorbitant amount for service fee. And this clearly is not fair, what with so much hard work needed here in mylot to be able to earn and this what we would get from moneybookers??? Uh-oh. I wonder if we could all make an appeal to mylot to use paypal instead. It seems the others don't have any problems with paypal...

I never transfer money from the internet to my bank. Way too many fees to pay along the way. I use all the money online and get good gifts once in a while instead. Thus I dont need to buy those with my real money, and I dont get angry about fees cause there are only fees if someone is scamming with postal payments (and luckily you can argue yourself out of those :P)

I don't have any experience with moneybookers. Can you use paypal where you are? I like Paypal, and they don't charge me to take out money from my account, or at least, they haven't been. I would recommend them, if you are able to change to them.

Oh that's sad, it's such a huge deduction! If that's the case I will just be staying here for fun and friendship and not for money.
