How many books do you read per year?

I think it really depends on the books, but I think I can read over 10. In fact I am positive I'll read over 10 this year. I have finished either 4 or 5 books in the last 2couple of month! And I've read some before that. I am almost done with my current one, and will start another one right after it. Sometimes I can read books in 2 days because I just can't put them down. Sometimes I finish books in a week or two. It really depends on how excited I am too read the book.

if you are not counting the text books then i don't think i read that many books in one year. at the most i read two books in a year. but this year i don't think that i would be able to finish reading even a single book :P

Hard question ... that depends on my mood, and time i have. I love reading and during summer time i read more than generally ... but i think at least 15 books a year ... Sometimes i can read 4 during one week. So it really really depends :) I try to read as much as possible because life is too short and there are too many great books ;)

I read at least 2 books a week. so that would make it about 110 books at least a year. I love reading books and I spend most of my free time reading. My son loves books as well so every night we read his books before he goes to bed ( I do not count those books when I gave my total or it would be 2000)

Last year I got close to reading 200 books (from memory I think I was at about 187). Any spare time I had was spent reading, which resulted in a lot of books getting read. This year I'll be lucky to get to 50. I'm overseas in China at the moment, so there are no books available for me to read. I've tried reading e-books, and when I'm desperate I will sit and read one, but it's not the same as laying back, relaxing with an actual physical book.

LOL oh wow.....during a good yr I read ALOT of books! Probably close to 25 or so on a not so good yr (when things are hectic continuously throughout the yr) I maybe read 10 or so...Keep in mind though I read alot of Nonfiction which I tend to get through much quicker...

I try to average 1 book a week or more. I probably read somewhere between 60 and 100 books every year. I wish I had the time to read more, but I don't get much time and even when I have a few moments my son likes to take my book away from me sometimes.

I am reading between 50 to 60. And this is because I am too busy online. When I was doing less online I had that twice as much and kept buying and buying, as I am insatiable for a good read ;) TheFortunes

It varies - sometimes I too read upto 10 books or more .Sometimes just 3-4 .This year the figure so far has been 4 - 3 Fiction , 1 Non-Fiction .

It will be more than 10 this year. Most time I read a book half a month. But since I spend much time online,I don't have enough time to read.

If you don't count textbooks in school , references of courses and magzines,I think I read about about 5-10.I will puruse most of these.

I read around 120-150 books. but it is my goal to add at least 20 more books per year.sometimes i read a tom clancy book for 1 1/2 day, that's straight reading without eating and doing other stuff.my housemates become worried when i do that.. but i really cant get a tom clancy book down once i started reading!!!
