Apply a paste of turmeric and sandal wood paste to face and wash it after 10mins. This helps in making the face glow and cures pimples

Nope, I don't have any pimples. I think it's a genetic thing because nobody in my family has them. I've gotten them before but, only when I have been VERY stressed.

I used to have pimples when i was a teen and when i worked in a very stressful environment. But as i mature, learned how to take care of my face and resigned from doing stressful and worrysome tasks, i lost all my pimples. i still do my regimen to maintain my clear skin.

Hi spoiled311. Yes I do have pimples. I had pimples when I was in college until now and I find it diffcult to get rid off. I used to experiment on creams on what is the most effective to get rid of pimples. My auntie who is a doctor gave me cream that she says is good for pimples and pimple scars. The name of the cream is contratubex. Its not really cream its more of a gel. Then I also discovered before that I had backne. I read in a magazine that Neutrogena facial wash is good for your back. Thats what I use for my backne. Its really effective.

If you have a problem with your hormones, you might want to consider going to an endocrinologist. They are doctors that specialize in the endocrine system and that is the system that makes hormones.

i think you need to stay away from oily foods and foods that can trigger the pimples to appear. dont touch it. and use mild soap like cetaphil. my mom and my 2 sisters has pimples, but i dont coz i really make a point to stay away foods that would trigger pimples. i only have one or two pimples everytime my monthly sickness is coming, but besides that im pimple free.

There are several skin care regimes you can try that will assist in limiting how bad your acne can be. I know several people who have had severe acne problems because of medical issues...they used Proactiv. I hear rave results about that stuff. Although it won't take care of the problem internally it can help at least limit how bad your outbreaks can be, or may even stop them for most of the month. I also have a hormonal imbalance(Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), hypothyroidism and when I break out I break out with boils on my body. I am fortunate to not have so many break outs on my face. I would try the Proactive solution stuff. It's worth a shot!
