Do you believe a preborn baby can feel his/her mother's emotions?

Did you talk to your baby before birth? I did. Especially when I was stressed out, I let my babies in the womb know everything would be ok.

I agree if babies can hear and feel when mom is hungry or even sick. And everything mom does effects baby why not their emotions.

I do believe this. I very strongly believe this. Just as a newborn baby, or an infant can pick up on mom's emotions. I was stressed and in an unsafe situation during my pregnancy, and my daughter's heart rate was much higher than it normally should have been, and also, at times when I was in a safe place, and not worried about things, her heart rate was normal. This is one reason why I believe this is true.

Yes, so you have physiologic proof that this is true!

I believe that they can because when I was pregnant with both my son & daughter on days that I was happy they were more active and days that I was upset, depressed or mad they weren't very active, and the more I felt an emotion the less/more active they were.

Oh yes absolutly! On one hand when the mother is stressed her blood etc..is moving faster which would affect the baby. So he feels that on a physical level but I also believe they sense things on another level that is not as easy to explain. I felt I could communicate with my children while I was pregnant. I would talk and sing to them to calm them if I was upset.
