The 1000$ Pizza

Does America really need a thousand-dollar pizza? Take Nino's Bellissima Pizza, where a cool thousand can get you a 12-inch, thin-crusted pie layered with crème fraiche and topped with lobster tail and four different types of caviar. As with the omelet, it's the fish eggs that turn a ten dollar pizza into a wallet-busting event. Only in New York.... What do you think of this pizza?

I think people have too much money and don't know what to do with it! Actually, I really can't say, because I can't eat lobster. But I will say the combination of flavors doesn't sound very appealing to me, even if I disregard the lobster. If I'm going to pay $1000 for a meal, it better be the tastiest meal I've ever had, and this doesn't sound like it.

That is so stupid... Rich people really need to use their money for more important things.

Hey if you can afford it why not? caviar is indeed a delicacy as is lobster. Sure if I had the money and treating a friend I would spend it:))

Come to America and you'll see how blatantly overpriced everything, including pizza, is. Of course, it's nothing compared to any given non-American country which arbitrarily makes things even more expensive in a political one-upmanship debate similar to an argument on any episode of Jerry Springer.

I think it's ridiculous. However, that's what we do in this world. We make these really fancy things that cost a fortune and only few folks in the world who make money by the millions will be able to actually afford it. I'm sure it's good though. I mean, it better be if you're going to pay a grand for it!

I think they are crazy ! I have had a seafood pizza and it was only $25. Who in their right mind would pay that kind of money for a pizza ?

OMG that is crazy, there is no way I would even consider it, I think the pizza place is laughing all the way to the bank, but then I am a person who would never pay stupid prices just for a brand name either, they are making fools of people I think.
