Hello friend, I am not very expert with regards on this matter, but maybe I can give you some useful tips. First of all, you have to eat fruits regularly like oranges, anything that is riched in vitamin C. Avoid eating oily foods. Take a bath daily. Use cleanser agent regularly to clean your face on a regular basis also. Of course, sleep early at least eight hours a day. That's it. Hope this would help to you in any way. Have a blessed day to you!

hi.. how about your try a herbal remedy? my friend got this before and she went to the derma, they tried differnt medications but in the end she was advised to wash her face with green tea... and wash it off with soap... it worked... for me, it is best to drink it too... it is cleansing and anti-oxidant... take care

hi again... well it works for me, green tea increases my immune system and flushes out toxins in my body.. also regulates my blood pressure and sugar... i don't know if it will for you... since we have different body chemistry... but it is worth a try... since it is accessible and cheap:-D

cut down on oily foods thats the first thing you need to do. try to use cetaphil for your face. always put up your hair coz our hair adds irritation on pimples. then dont touch it. our hands are always dirty. make sure to wash your hands.

Yes, that's the one Vanessa Williams, Jessica Simpson, P.Diddy, and Jennifer Love Hewitt, all endorse it and swear by it, and they are right. It really does work. It's called ProActive.

i use dove up to now. and it works for me. i also use cetaphil the blue one. water helps washes what is in our bodies. get a liter bottle of water and makes sure you finish atleast two of those. you said it is hard for you to drink water but please try it. the best remedy is the water. you see the difference when you start drinking atleast 8-10 glasses a day.

Some people swear by proactive. Even I used it I'm not afraid to admit. Used it for nearly 2 years religiously and my condition is down to a minimum. Other than that, just wash your face multiple times in a day; keep your hands away from your face when possible so you don't add more bacteria to the mix; and take some vitamins C, and E for skin health.

That's what I was going to suggest programer. You beat me to it. ;) It's probably the humidity. When I visited Hawaii I broke out too. It wasn't a great situation for a vacation but my hubby's seen me far worse. :)

It could be from the weather. Your right in keeping your face clean. It also can be from stress. Are having stress in your life? Try using some rubbing alchol. Put a little bit on a cotton ball and it will clean your face thoroughly. I hope it gets better.

I don't think that you need to worry too much about the pimps. It is very natural for you youngsters to have pimps on the face and some other part of the body before you get married. No worry, friend. If you get married with normal family life, all the pimps will be gone naturally soon.

i advise you to try using sulfur soap. i use to have lots of pimples before so i resorted to sulfur soap when cleaning my face. it does not smell good so you have to bear with it :) but it really heals fast.

try using water, just water in cleansing your face because some branded pimple/acne remover might be harsh on your skin. keeping the skin well cleansed will deter the formation of pimples, you should also refrain from touching, squeezing or picking your pimple, it can trigger the acne and other skin irritations.

Sounds like your skin is reacting to the climate change. Mine does that, too. I use the St. Ives (or Walmart brand) of medicated facial scrub. I also use witch hazel as an astringent. Make sure you keep your hair real clean and off your face. Hope this helps. :)

I hope you get this. Ok I have a bad pimple problem too. I have tried, netergina, proactive, acne free, etc. and nothing realy works it just makes it look better for a little while then it comes back. I have tried to use natural stuff here latley and I see better results. I am using a face mask that has avocodo and oatmeal and it works. Try going a natural way and see if that works.

I used to have a lot of pimples also when i was still a corporate person. Because of so many activities and tasks to fulfill i got a lot of sleepless nights, almost no rest, and not even eating properly. All of doing is work and work and work. recreation is not part of my eterinary. Until i decided to resign and be a simple person again. Enjoy life, rest a lot, and eat a balance diet. I noticed my pimples are leaving me slowly. Until one day, I got clear skin again.
