whts ur diet of the day? i sart with a cup of tea n thn i take my lunch which includes 3 rotis n veggie thn at 3.00 i take coffee n take sumthng to munch at 6.30 n thn dinner at 9.00 which again includes 3 rotis n veggie n dal... whts ur take bt still i tend to gain weight....

It's important to eat small meals, often to keep up your metabolism. It's not difficult and there are juicers that are very affordable and easy to use. Juicing will definately help you lose the weight. Hi, i want intruduce my diet .in the moring ,bout 7:30,i drink a cup of tea,then have breakfast,including bread ,egg,and porrideg,and the lunch time is about 12:00,the food are different everyday .6:30,have supper.then a cup of milk when i go to bed.i don't like tea and coffee.just water is good for me.
