Has anyone here been to egypt? DO you recommend it as a place to vacation? I've wanted to go there since I was a kid!

No I wasn't there but actually it is my dream to go there.I think it is beautiful coutry and has a lot of history.I hear so many good reviews abotu Egypt and I am sure vocation have to be nice there.But you should go there like in spetember or soon in March when it is not to hot there and you can go look all over the place.My friends mum just come from there and she said it was the most beautiful vocation inher life.

I am Egyptian and had lived there all my life even though i live now in USA. And yes Egypt is a wonderful place and i recommend it as the perfect place for a vacation any time of the year. I am sure anyone will go there will like it. It's has uncountable places to visit, and the all are beautiful!!!

i dont think so its a good place for summer because its already hot there and going there in a summer season will sweat you at your best. but i would like to go to egypt someday and somehow. i love history and egypt has a lot of them. i just really wish i can go there.

i never been in egypt before but i know many people that they were on egypt as vacation because usually is cheaper than other expensive touristic place here in europe!!so i can just tell you what many people turn back from egypt said to me..such as normally they didn't like it a t all!!so if you come here to visit some places as pyramid or something linked to history may be your travel will have a good aim and so take your camera and go..but for everything else egypt so and so:food ok is not very good,weather is strange can be very hot daily and not so hot in the night,sometimes politcal situation there is not good or even dangerous towards people who are tourists,in many cities you should be careful because theft and stole are normal,if you choose a hotel or structure wrong even the clean conditions are very bad!!so you should value it as well and after decide to come or not!!
