how often do u workout?

are u fit?do u need a makeover? well i try to workout almost every week and alll,but i have missed the last 100 times!!!lol do u workout to keep ur self fit and healthy? how often do u do it? do u go to a gym?i started goin there ,but then i was too lazy and i stoped tht too... wht about u guys?

i am gifted with a good physique and i really dont care what i m eating,how much calories and all that rubbish to keep myself fit what the requirement is just to have a day that make me tired physically at the end..so playing sports is the key factor.

i'm fit last year but now i'm too lazy to go to gym now and have no time. i think too much work out can cause arthritis due to heavy workout like lifting barbell and others.

I don't do any workouts..!! I tried it though..!! I used to do push ups for my abs I did it for a month but got lazy and dropped that idea!! NOw I don't do any workouts....!! But one things I like walk a lot..!! From my college to get the bus I always prefer walking to the stand..!! Its real good excersice. It keeps me fit and fine. I always prefer walking than any wheelers (no wonder many guys offers lifts lol).... like this I stay fit and fine. When some one asks me to do excersice then nahh...I don't like it. BUt I do even the better one. I dance almost every day of the week to almost 1-2 hours..!! I like dancing a lot. I even play out door games a lot to keep me fit and also have some fun around its two in one while excercising I can't have fun. But nothing is fixed...as timetable ..I just do it whenever I feel like. :)

Hmm, I havent been workingh out in ages. partly because I dont feel fit, because my legs are hurting, and because I have so much to do and seek excuses thus procrastinate. And I wish toi change so I started doing yoga, finally something at least :) TheFortunes

I dont actually workout i just do some exercise twice a week or more.. depends on my mood. I just try to maintain my body... that's all. I did go to Gym.. but that was few years back.. now i decided just to do some exercise at home just to keep fit ..thats all.

I would love to workout... I used to, and I miss it. But the closest I get right now is physical therapy!LOL!

I really don't work out. I need to, but sometimes I am lazy and don't. I have a treadmill gathering dust. I walk probably twice a week.

I do not go to gym, as it will only cost you something. I used to exercise at home. I usually waked up early in the morning. Before exercising, I make sure that I drink a full glass of water so that I will not dehydrate when exercising. Mostly, I stretched first, and then I jogged for how many kilometers, back and forth. I don't work out and I've haven't tried going to the gym. I'm already too slender to workout. LOL! But my husband is considering on going to the gym to lose weight and have a tummy tuck. hehehe... He's so fat that is why his stomach grew big just like a preggy woman.

I used to go to gym but then i got over it. Now i occasionally do push ups and sit up and sometimes jog. I think its very healthy to do it though. Evn just a jog a couple times a week can make you feel very good about yourself.

Well i try to work out as many times i can , i try to keep me in good shape but is hard.I do miss those days when i was playing basketball, what days.....
