Are you a believer in Karma? Do you think bad things happen to bad people and good people have good things happen? I do believe in Karma myself. I have a big conscience and would rather be honest with myself and those I care about than deceive them. Whenever something bad has happened, I always pay for it. So I try to be the best person I can be these days. What about the rest of you?

I definately believe in it. I always try to do the best I can in any situation. I believe that it will only harm me to harm others, so it doesn't make sense any other way: even if I really, really want to get revenge. I don't. I think that whatever will be the result; if I did the best I could, then it's all well.

I am the same way. I notice that when I do something creepy to someone, somehow, and I can't explain it, the same creepy thing or something close to it will happen to me. If I look at it scientifically I think it would have to do with the 'Laws of Attraction'. Just a theory. Once I started noticing it, it became more prevalent. Now I notice it from both angles as the giver and receiver of karma both good and bad. Someday I hope to bust out of it, but for now, it is stuck to me like glue and follows like a stalker in the night.

There is a docudrama called 'What the Bleep do we know' that talks about the 'laws of attraction'. Check it out when you get the chance. It talks about how we attract negativity and positivity into our lives. It also talks about quantum physics and what could be considered energy at its purest form. later kindred

i truley do believe in karma ..but i think you have to believe in it for it to take effect..heres why i think so..I had been wronged BIG TIME recently..well u know what i mean if u read some of my other threads..anywho i kept telling everyone i know karma will find him and her.and 3 months later it did..and wow! it hurt them wayy more than they hurt me..and that happens all the time to people who believe karma will get revenge for us..but then there are people that dont belieev at all like my friend Amy and karma has yet helped her in what happened..sooo i dunno..it sounds dumb i know..but i think u truley have to really believe in it for it to help you...

Personally I do not believe in Karma, there are too many counter-factuals to believe that the Karmic effect takes place in the same life time. The alternative version in which the conditions of this life are the punishment or reward for a previous life are just an excuse to blame the poor and under-privileged for their own condition and reassure the consciences of the rich and powerful that oppress them. Perhaps that is way in India there are millions that live in poverty and oppression. all the best urban

I believe wholeheartidly in karma! I think that when you do good things they come back to you and when you do bad things it comes back to you. World gotta be full of balance. Good evil, up down, left right, you get the idea ;) If everythign was good, well.. the world would be outta whack! and possibly really boring.. I try my best to do onto others as i'd have done on to me ;)
