I was just wondering what everyone is having for dinner tonight. My husband just called and said he wasn't sure what time he would be home because they are working a little far from home today. So I won't start cooking for about another hour or so. I think I'm going to make taco's tonight. We haven't had them in a while and I really like them. So what are you cooking or are you going to eat out somewhere?

i am thinking about making potato burgers for a late dinner tonight. My husband is working late tonight. I fed the kids all ready. So I might make potato burgers for him and I to eat after they go to bed.

It is a recipe from my grandmother. They are very yummy. If you'd like the recipe let me know.

We are having baked chicken chunks, fried potatoes (with onions) and corn. Bruce took me out for lunch, so I won't be eating that much of it. But doesn't it sound good for breakfast? LOL I just might scramble some eggs with it tomorrow morning.

Tonight I am having roast chicken with vegetables. I love chicken and never get fed up with it and usually have it once or twice a week in different forms. With a whole plate of vegetables, carrots, sprouts, sweetcorn. I don't like potatoes (unless they are in their jackets) cooked by my mum bless her!

I've been debating this all day actually. Whether to have Chipped Beef Gravy... or to have hot dogs and mac n cheese or chicken nuggets and mac. I need to go grocery shopping but I need to wait till i have money to do so...so i'm running on empty. I'm leaning towards chipped beef. it's the least amount of cooking i have to do and it is 91 degrees out.

It's been hot like that here too. I understand about needing money to go grocery shopping. Groceries are so expensive and it seems like I can't ever get out of there under $60.
