THE most controversial topic for you to discuss?

There's lots of controversial topics... many won't discuss politics or religion in "polite" company, for example.
For some people there's at least one issue where they will not bend an inch and it enrages others when the topic comes up. (For me, it's abortion; I firmly believe it's murder in absolutely positively every instance, period)
- please do not turn this into an abortion discussion, post what YOU feel is YOUR issue that you will not bend on even an inch and it makes other people really mad!

Definitely the topic of illegal immigration. I have rather liberal views on it, and as a fluent Spanish speaker, I just don't care that my area (San Diego) is getting more and more "Hispanified" because it's all the same to me. Usually, people flame me hardcore for my laid back views on it.

Mine is the same as yours. I realize the mothers of the babies are often victims themselves, but I'm not going to budge on my opinion. I don't like to discuss it because I'm not going to change my mind, and probably neither is the other person. I prefer to disagree without resorting to name calling, which is something that happens quite often on MyLot, unfortunately.
