I Spent the Day Down for the Count!

It's nearly 11:00 pm est and this is the first I've looked at my computer all day. I've spent my entire day in bed, rolling around in pain and trying to resist the urge to barf...lol...Sorry for the appetizing visual I just gave you! I get these awful sinus headaches pretty often that make me also become nauseated and I also have numerous problems with my back which makes ir impossible to find a comfortable position, so today everything decided to attack me at once. Anyway, I'm back and I'll probably be up all night now since I've been dozing off and on all day when I could. Have you ever had a "lost" day like this? It doesn't happen to me often but when it does it drives me crazy because I'm usually the one to take care of everyone else and here I was feeling rather useless and helpless. Annie

I do hope you get better Annie, especially since I know what you are going through (went through it a couple of weeks ago myself). Get plenty of rest, fluids and exposure to steam and heat (as long as you don't have a high fever).

Thanks to you all for you concern and advice. I felt much better the next day but it's just unusual for me to be the one who's sick, you know? Annie

I certainly hope you are felling better by now, anniepa. Due to my sharing some of the same problems, I know what you mean. Yes, I do have the occasional yucky day when I feel so crappy that I don't even want to leave the comfort of my bed. Usually a little rest and relaxation does the trick. It does tend to muddle up your schedule though.(:
