how much does mylot pay for images?

I just found out that myLot pays for images that you upload (I guess I realized that before but hadn't really paid attention) ...
What are they looking for in pics? How much do they pay? Do some pics pay better than others?
Is there more rhyme and reason to it, than to the discussions?

If the image is appropriate to the category or discussion it is posted in, I think you can get a cent per picture. That is the top I have ever seen someone get for one picture. Some don't get you a whole cent. Yeah, I know, a cent, woo hoo. I think the FAQs at the bottom of the page go into better detail of paying for pictures.

I have gotten one cent per picture. I know that if you create a discussion, you can put a picture on it but to put a picture on a response you need to have 500 posts first. I think they are very selective on what pictures count though. I have posted 6 pictures but only got one cent and I have only posted 1 picture and got one cent. For me I don't think it is worth it if I am trying to make money but if I really want to show something then I will. Just my experience with it anyways. Vicki
