do you know how much water we shoulid have everyday? i have learn we should have a lot of water everyday. it is about 5-8 cups. i don't know it need so much. i have no water someday. i think it is nothing but it is bad for my health. my mother ask me to drink more water. but i didn't follow her. it is disturing to go to washingroom too offen.

hello there to U...it is really important for us to drink lots of water...75% of our body is made up of water...so we should need to replace the water that we have lost through perspiration and urine...in order for that to be replaced, we should drink lots of water...according to some doctors, we should drink at least 8-12 glasses per day...and according to some experts, drinking lots of water will make your skin looks good and healthy...some people follows water therapy and they would feel great after the therapy...so it's really good if you'll drink lots of water...follow your mother's advice...as we all know, mothers knows best...your mom knows what's best for you...have a blessed day and may GOD BLESS U & UR family always!!!

Over 2/3 of our body is water so it is important to drink a lot. The more water you drink, the more toxins are out of your organism and the bettere your metabolism is. Weshoul drink about 2l of water every day. I don't drik so much a 6 cups is no problem for me:P If you don't like going to washingroom so often just take more water in a pitcher and a glass to your room so it will be near you.

Hi there. Personally speaking I drink at least 7-8 glasses a day... Its said water must be consumed everyday, about 8-10 glasses... I drink 2 in the morning before anything else, 1 later on during workouts in the mornings, 2 for lunch, another 1 late afternoon and 2 more or so before I go to bed, only to wake so early to use the toilet lol...
