Do you line the toilet seat when you use a public restroom?

I am directing this question to both men and women. I am a man. I personally, out of habit, always line the toilet. Yet, I heard on TV that there are LESS germs on public toilet seats, than on the sinks, and door handles. Isn't that interesting? Scientists have actually studied this, lol.
Even though they say there are less germs, I will continue to line toilet seats. What is your habit?

I am a woman and my mother taught me to not sit and to flush with your foot.
