Originally,sleeping is nature.But in modern society,with the increasing of working pressure and living pressure,more and more people feel they have lost good sleeping.They can't relax themselves,until midnight,they can't go into their sleeping.Most of them are very anxious.And you?

I have met this problem.But now I have good sleeping.I think taking exercise is the best medcine to treat bad sleeping.After taking part in some sports,like jogging,running or playing badminton,you will feel tired,it is good for your sleeping.You can try it.

Hi,congratulation.you have a good living habit for your health.A doctor have told me that drinking a cup of mild will be good at sleeping,but drinking coffee before sleeping just make you more awake.So,we must give up dring coffee before sleeping.You are right.

I definitely have problems sleeping at night. My mind races and I can't seem to shut it down. Now I am on Bi-Polar medicine and without them I cannot sleep at all. I take 400 mg. of Seroquel every night and sleep like a baby because of them. Without them I get absolutely no sleep whatsoever. Mu husband is the same way because he is also Bi-Polar and without his Seroquel he gets no sleep either. :)

Hi,I think you meet a serious sleeping problem.Several yeas,because of working pressure,I have meet this problem.But I played games often and took exercises,these would make me relax and tired,so I have good sleeping.In addition,once I cannot sleep at all,I will count from 1 to 100,then 1-100.Finally,I will go to sleep.You can try it.Don't use medcine,it will hurt your health.

If one is systematic and disciplined getting sleep should not be a problem irrespective of how the city life is, or whatever the tensions be. Take food on time, have a fixed time for sleep, write down on a small note book, works you have to do next day, so that when you go to sleep, you tell your mind that everything is organized for next day. If you do this, some will have to wake you up next day. Also ensure you do 45 minutes exercise to tire the body. Do not skip the dinner and preferably have the dinner by 7 or 8 p.m. not at 11 or 12 midnight.
