Please help me understand....

OK, we love Trans Siberian Orchestra and are going to their concert this December. We tried to get the presale tickets, but they sold out very quickly, then when more opened up they were horrible seats. Well, they go on sale today at 10am EST. Since I'm extremely busy at work today, I called my husband and asked him if he planned on getting the tickets or if he needed me to. Well, the website is blocked on his work computer so he told me to get them, and if I didn't get anything good off the web, he'd call. Then he calls me back and leaves me a message that the tickets aren't on sale on the internet so he'll have to call - this was at 9am (an hour before they go on sale). I had to call him back and let him know that #1 the tickets go on sale at 10am, so they are not going to be available at 9am, and #2 you can't buy the tickets before they go on sale!!! I mean, is that so hard to understand that if the tickets don't go on sale until 10am, you can't order them at 9am???? So now, we're back to plan A, B, C - whichever - where I'll go online at 10am and if I can't get something fairly quickly I'll call him and tell him to get them on the phone. I'm suprised he hasn't called me back to let me know that he tried calling and can't get any tickets - it's 9:30 now...

Hey ReinyD. I'm sorry I didn't respond to this post sooner. Just trying to catch up on everybody today. I also adore Trans Siberian Orchestra. My kids buy me their new CD every Christmas. Hopefully they one this year. So anyway, did you get the tickets. Did your hubby get his act together. At least he's trying. Well, if you get to go I would love to find out what you thought of them. PM me with a little music review. Hehehehe.

Oh My Gosh! gtargirl, Fridy was SUCH a saga!! And to top it all off, I'm not sure if I have tickets or not!!!! My husband did call, got us 3 great seats (we're taking his cousin with us). Then, my sister who needed 18 tickets for the evening show - we're going to the afternoon show - needed to use my credit card because you can only order 8 tickets at one time. So, I give her my card so she can get the rest of her tickets - she only needed my card for 2. Well, she calls me later when it hits her that she had to use my card at the last minute for 8 tickets, not 2. Not a big deal on the money end, but when you order 8, any other orders on that credit card are deleted!!! Which meant MY 3 ticktes would have been deleted!!! I was sooo mad at her!! BUT, when we finally got ahold of Ticketmaster, they said that it's 2 different showings - 3 tickets for the afternoon show, 8 for the evening - and the limit is 8 per show per person, so we're ok (I HOPE!). I don't know how long it takes to get the tickets in the mail, but I'm hoping I get mine!

Yikes! Ordeal is right. But you get to go!!! Oh my gosh! I'm jealous, I'm jealous, I'm jealous. Wait . . . one of my guys friends, out of the blue, asked if I was going to this year's TSO concert. I said no and we had a discussion on how awesome they were. I wonder . . . Nah! You'll have to share details.
