Do you get any real world prizes, incentives, etc or are the honors of moving up in ranks just a "sim".?

There are real prizes. Some prizes included an autographed copy of a script, a cast members shirt, etc. This week making a theme song that will be featured in an episode.

I think I'd like to spend a weekend working on Dwight's farm, actually. Raking manure just looks like so much fun... great link, btw. I had no idea the website that Michael fought so hard against actually existed! :P
