Edie doesn't die

It's official, Edie Brit- seen hanging at the end of Desperate Housewives series 3, is found at the beginning of next series with a pulse and is rushed to hospital. But what will become of the troubled Edie in the future? I, personally really didn't like the character in the first series but from then on her hard exterior has given way to a much softer side who was becoming very popular. I suppose we'll just have to watch this space.......

I kind of new she wasn't going to be killed off so soon. Wysteria Lane just wouldn't be the same without her, lol.

I personally hate the way Edie manipulated Mike when he was in hospital, and now she's alone and trying to get Carlos even though he's clearly not interested. My favorite characters would be Lynette or Susan!

I am glad she doesn't die. I like you, have warmed to her as the show has gone on. At first she was just shown as a shallow maneating b***h but as it progressed her softer, more human side came through a little and i found her quite endearing. I'm just waiting for the new series to start in the UK, i'm not sure when that is though!

I just wonder how that scarf held up her body weight. By looking at it and how it went over the railing, it looked to be silk or another light material. If she really hung herself, that material would have shredded and broke. But I missed that ep. It came on last night and I'm going to watch it later on this week.
