How to learn English?

You have to change your life a little — do crazy things like talking to yourself in English or spending your evening reading a dictionary. In order to do these things, and do them regularly, you have to enjoy doing them. If you are like most learners and don't feel like doing these things, you will have to work on your motivation.

Hopefully you can obtain some flashcards. With the word, the pronunciation and the meaning. That could help you out. Its kind of the reverse of something I'm doing as a hobby. If I find anything else I'll post it.

There are lots of methods you have to learn English.If you are rich enough,you can get a special language education.To practise,you can use internet and other facilities.Reading is very important during your learning period. English is a foreign language for me.I took a special education in my university life.

English is not my mother language, but I hope I can help anyway.I think the best think is to speak with somebody.I was learning english for many years, but when I met with somebody I wasn't able to speak.Also good way is to do something you like.For example to read books, watch tv, listen music, of course everything in english.Try to translate to songs in english you like.But I cannot forget about my lot.this is very relaxing way for me and my vocabulary is bigger and bigger every day.And I find so many friends.

hi... there are so many sources available online... and websites that are actually interactive and would even teach you how to read and pronounce by the audio feature... im am not american but i love english.. i speak it more fluently than my own native language... also try reading funny comics like archies.. the cartoons are really good...as they say a picture speaks a thousand words... which can help explain their dialogues... also try to watch tv series or movies with english subtitles.. that will surely help... just remember, the most important key to all of this is your passion and dedication to learn english.. .once those are in place, everything will help you keep sight of the goal of passing that certain exam... good day and welcome to mylot:-D

Practicing here, is a good start. :) . and joining other English speaking forums or going to English speaking voice chatrooms yahoo, and paltalk, and practicing there... Listening to English radio, and watching English videos.. http://www.youtube.com has alot of free little radio clips in many languages.... Hi Sultan, the best way to learn good English is more of reading and speaking. Try to find friends who speak or a club that deals with speaking and learning English. It will help a lot. Hi sultan_emerr! Practice makes perfect. Try speaking and writing regularly. You can also buy Japanese-English translations/dictionary so it can help you with the verbs and the nouns and know how to ponounce the words. I sure hope my suggestions are helpful in some ways. you can learn english by practicing not only tru internet but you neeed to involved other people like your family and friends try to speak to them in english even if they answer back in otheer dialect.dont be shy, try to be spontaneous as possible practice always.....
