Now I'm around 20 kg (lost of course)! I can't believe it (and my wife is astonished, she's on a diet too but she had a slight overweight, now I'm near to reach her weight, since her decrease of weight is slower). The fact is that I'm not exactly on a diet. I've just reduced the intake of some (of the most tasty and attractive) kind of food. I'm so happy (and not so hungry)! I want to tell you all, myLot friends. Good bye.

I'm glad for you. And it's good you're not on a diet because the most important thing is to know when to stop eat. My friend was on a so called vegetable diet but she could eat on dinner amount of food that would be eanough for me and my mum:/ Besides when I was in Italy I lived with a girl who had a special diet made by doctor and to be honest I never understood what was so dietetic about it xD But comparing it to other italian food maybe it was :P

I started eating much healthier than before, I avoid most bad foods, I usually eat salads, however I still do not see results on the scale. it's been a few months now, but my weight has stayed the same. Maybe I should do something to speed up my metabolism, any ideas?

Women if they are working in kitchen have a tendency to taste everything they prepare (of course along with others they eat again). That could be one reason. Another reason is there are some people who eat a lot but get rid of all and remain what they are!! There are people who carry out diet system, but still put on weight. Sometimes, it depends on body constitution, digestive system etc., I am not a doctor, but by experience, I tell you, it is always better to do 1 hour workout of exercises, brisk walking/swimming/static cycling etc. If one is loosing the weight drastically, that is some thing of concern. Just check it up with doctors/dietician.

Good for you opinione! It is so important to not go on a diet, but to just change your lifestyle in eating. It is amazing that you aren't hungry, but having the sweets and treats don't fill you up, they make you crave more.
