Coffee also has side effects if this was taken excessively. Personally, I rarely drink coffee. I just drink it if ever I have an overnight work, as this will help me to be active and awake for the whole night. Many doctors recommend drinking coffee in a moderate manner. This would likely cause to have tachycardia (fast heart beating) and insomnia if this was taken excessively. Have a nice day and God speed!

I don't think so. And coffee will give me a warm feeling when I drink coffee. I love coffee and it is one of my favorite drink specially in the morning. I take a cup of coffee in the morning, even in the lunch time, merienda time or dinner time. I will take also a coffee when I feel something unexplain to my body and when I feel stress. For me coffee is my vitamin for my body.

I believe it is, since coffee contains lots of caffeine which is a harmful substance if taken too much. I also found out that it is not good for people who has heart problems, especially those who get's nervous easily. I have a friend and all the members of his family don't drink coffee, not even a cup a day. I guess they are not well-informed about it's Pro's and good benefits, so I just laugh at them whenever they talk about the coffee's BAD side!;)

I do know that longterm uuse of coffee, and I would assume any caffeine, does create some physical dependency. I drink coffee regularly and if I go without caffeine for a day or two I get horrid headaches which are almost debilitating with symptoms resembling a severe migraine. However, these are alleviated if I drink a cold caffeinated beverage for example. Many people who denounce coffee for its effects happily chug numerous soft drinks which contain large amounts of caffeine, even many juice drinks sold today have it. I have cut my dependency by now mixing my coffee with 1/2 regullar and 1/2 decaf. I began slowly, gradually increasing the amount of decaf. Yes, I have heard the bad press regardiing coffee, yet I do many things that are 'bad for you' and considering I have a severe cardiac abnormality yet have outlived all life expectancy predictions by specialaists by some 25 years now, I choose to continue to do what I wish. It is my belief that each huuman body system is unique and that guidelines about healthy and unheathy are simply that, guidelines, to be considered yes, but definitely not set-in-stone fact. What works for me may not work for another.

I must say yes friend. I don't find it healthy because it contains caffeine that is very addictive. It makes you want more and more as you are drinking it in the long run already. I drink coffee but very seldom. Try green tea, maybe you will love it, I am not fond of it but my hubby loves it so much.

I love coffee... but i would always have very itchy hive everytime i drink a lot... it is true when they say that too much of something can be very harmful... having 1 cup a day is okay... but dringking a cup every hour is too much already...
