What Hangs On Your Bedroom Walls?

And what does it say about you? I hope this doesn't get too personal. So I'll start by saying, the things that are hanging on my wall makes me sounds like a very artsy boohoo fluff kind of person. And a tad bit old fashion I might add. There's a grandfather clock (yes the hanging type), a old coca cola commercial print on a weathered wood crate, golden bronze leaves set, two candle holders with candles, painting of The Gatekeeper, painting of little children on the farm picking flowers, painting of Sonoma (done by Ex), Thomas Kinkade type painting of white picket fenced house on beach. Is oh so cozy. Oh yeah, and my electric guitar. Would you like to share?

right now there is nothing hanging on our bedroom walls. They are stripped bare for the new paint my husband will hopefully put on this weekend. After the paint is dry we have a few wolf pictures, a huge dream catcher,a picture of a wolf and an eagle together. Then mu husband has a few personal toys to hang up on the wall. A cat of nine tails,a leather flogger,a real navy cat made from hemp rope,and few other BDSM toys that he has collected over the years.

Aww, but she's got everything she wants on the wall already. I think she should give you at least one thing to put up there. Then again, women know better, right? Good answer. LOL.

Ah, but is it a nice clock. That will take care of "boring." yeah, some landladies are just that way. If I was to ever rent out a room or loft I would tell them to make it look as nice as they could. It's home, after all. Get a really big old fashioned garden clock. Nice. Sorry, I got carried away there. Have a wonderful weekend.

Hmm it's a red clock that doesn't have any mirror in it... hahaha, actually it's the clock that i've been using eversince I decided to live independently, so it has some sentimental value. I've been using that clock for 6 years now :)

pictures of my kids, a painting of the ocean under a moon my husband did, his black panther on his side of the bed, a dragon weilding a sword by the doorway, and Eddie... an Iron Maiden poster "Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son" long story behind the reasons why.. but Eddie will remain over our bed for always.

yeah.. Eddie. i dont find him scary tho.. more, protective. hes hung over our bed for as long as weve been together (9 years) cept for the first couple of months after our daughter was born, when he was over her bassinet. yeah i know, its weird LOL but theres a reason behind it. far as the decorating goes.. its my dept. my husband didnt put our room this way, i did.

The particular bedroom I am in right now has Elvis plastered all over one wall above the computer and butterflies on another wall. A butterfly wall scounce, plastic case with mounted butterflies and 2 matching pink butterflies are on the wall behind me and above a bed. Elvis photos, calendars and mouse pads are above me and nailed in place.
The master bedroom walls are still plain. We had the house painted last year and I haven't been able to put anything back in place. When I ask my husband to help, he leaves the house..........lol

For the moment there is nothing that hangs on my walls in my bedroom. We bought our house in april and we didnt put much decoration in it. We wanted to make a room at the time. Right now we want to make our baby room (I'm due in march). After that it's the computer room. So the bedroom will be in 1-2 years lol

Pathetically, there is nothing hanging on my bedroom walls! Since I moved in March, I've taken care of all the other rooms in my apartment, but my bedroom has been neglected. I have a craft project planned for the wall behind my bed. I need to just do it instead of thinking about doing it.
By the way, did you know they are going to have a movie out this Christmas about Thomas Kincade? I love his paintings so much.

See, now would be a good time to get that project going. I find that once I start something like that the rest gets easy. Anyway, a movie about Thomas Kincade? That would be awesome. I love his paintings too, if only I could afford them. So I buy his puzzles and frame them. LOL.

I will apologise in advance if this freaks anyone out, but I did my bedroom out in true goth style. Lilac walls and purple velvet drapes, black wrought iron bedhead and black fur throw. Then I draped a purple chiffon sari over a couple of loops on the wall so it hangs either side of the bed. Above the loops I put two dragon candle scones with skull candles on them. I have a couple of large black and white prints of "The Crow" on the walls, and a lovely gothic dragon mirror which has purple candles in the scones either side of the glass.

I absolutely adore wrought iron,it's all over the novel I'm attempting to write: wrought iron gates that lead to the dark towers of abandoned castles and so on. I could do without skulls, my daughter loves those, a dragon mirror I would die for (please send picture, lol) and Brandon Lee makes me smile (and cry). Love your style, my friend.

Well I have Fairies mainly in my bedroom. I'm not quite sure what that says about me to be honest. I have a mirror with a flamingo on it. It's super old, cause it was my great grandmothers. I have a fairy print of a doll made by Wendy Froud. I have a print of Brian Froud's paintings but unfortunately I don't have a frame to hang it yet. so yeah. That's pretty much my bedroom. There isn't much on the walls, but I have fairy dolls and such elsewhere.

We haven't lived in this house together for very long, so there isn't much on the walls. There are small blue candles on the mantle, a pastel painting of the lighthouse in St. Augustine, Florida and...a picture of me. I didn't put it up there, though! My boyfriend did. Now I've just got to get him to put up one of himself so guests don't think I'm weird.

I have only one object on the wall in our bedroom, a painting. It is quite large & is a photo of a water scene. There are ducks & grasses in it.

Hubby is a Bob Ross enthusiast..so his painting are on the bedroom walls and the living room walls and the family room walls.
Good thing he is good at it...they are beautiful paintings.

there is nothing hanging on my bedroom walls excpet the air conditioner. I repainted it white myself 3 months ago. I'd like to add something to the wall or it would be too dull.

Let's see, I'm at the office and I am picturing my house right now and trying to remember what I have hung on my walls. Now, there's frame of beautiful preserved butterflies, a collage that I made, a small painting that I bought depicting a beautiful seaside scenery and two sets of chopsticks given by a friend. I would love to add some more but I am just renting the place so I really am not keen on putting up a lot on its walls.

Well,as a college student in China,most of us would like to hang something about our hobbies,just like the movie stars or the famous singers,so we always put the poster on the wall,it's can make us feel very excited for a while when we see it.The most interesting thing is that one of my drom mates put the labels on the wall,haha,it is very different from others.

Yes, my daughter's dorm room is plastered with Orlando Bloom and the rest of the pirates. She loves movie posters and has arranged them very creatively. What kind of labels did your room mate put on the wall? Different is cool. Good luck with your studies.
