Who enters writing competitions? Any good sites?

I love entering short story writing competitions. Although I havn't been published as yet I keep plugging away at some magazine competitions and local ones. I am yet to find one that accepts writing from international contestants, and one that pays a nice sum for your hard work. Can anyone suggest good international competitions?

There are three good sites of which contests are held periodically for two and the remaining one, wants the members to keep writing on any topic they like. These three are seem to be good sites and if it interests you you can send PM to me for further details.
